Entirely professional and trustworthy. Samantha handled the booking and all of my questions brilliantly. Putting me at my ease. David who carried out the survey was meticulous - and prepared to explain everything both over the phone, as well as issue a wonderfully detailed, but easy to understand, report. Quite simply, the best money I have ever spent.

Brilliant all round. Samantha was great at getting back to me very quickly with any questions I had. David who completed the survey was very thorough and taking extra time to look into the issue we'd raised. Called us after completing the survey and gave us an indepth overview of his findings, making us feel a lot more at ease to go ahead with the purchase after a few points had been addressed with the vendors. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants an honest, reputable survey with caring professionals!!

Mr Nix's survey was extremely thorough and detailed and demonstrated his extensive knowledge of the whole subject. Not only was the report very informative (and with us within two days) but he talked us through it in detail prior to us receiving the written report. His recommendations are very useful and will be followed up.

Samantha and David were both brilliant. Although I decided to pull out of the house-buying process because of the survey result(Thanks to David who found the possibility of asbestos, pest trace and all the other problems), I will definitely use this company again for the next house.

Fantastic Customer service and a really in-depth and useful report. The fact that the Surveyor phones you up on the day to talk you through everything, before seeing the report, is fantastic, and time isn't an issue, not rushed at all - they couldn't be more helpful. Additional chats and knowledge share, after digesting the report, great too. The customer service from enquiry, to booking, to end of process, was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend.

Couldnt recommend Phoenix Surveyors enough. They had great availability for our survey to take place, the date wasnt too far away. On the day of the survey I couldnt receive the call with the outcome of the survey so they were more than happy to call me the next day. During the phone call the surveyor was great, he made sure we understood what he was talking about due to us being first time buyers. The report we received is very detailed and I would highly recommend them.

I seriously recommend Pheonix surveyors to everyone, they have been incredibly helpful and in my opinion gone above and beyond what they needed to. As first time buyers they have been invaluable to us. Quick and thorough, and the easiest part of the whole house buying process.

I was a little dubious because these guys were the cheapest quote I got. I'm so glad I'm a skin flint because they were amazing. The administrative communication was great from the off and remained so all the way through the process. I paid for a Home Buyers Report and it turned out to be way more detailed than i had expected. The surveyor (David) was great too. He took the time to call me and explain everything he had found at the property I'm buying. He was patient and made sure I was happy that I knew what he was on about. He also offered to walk through everything he had found if I needed. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better service. Being inexpensive is sometimes best afterall!!

Excellent. Thorough report. Surveyor called me on the day to brief me and I was able to call him after if I had any questions. He also went beyond the report and gave me some sound unbiased advise on things I should consider and my next steps.

They were excellent - the survey was so thorough and detailed, and the call from our surveyor was excellent. He explained everything clearly and not at all did I feel rushed by him, and then he also offered a further call after review of the full survey. We cant express our thanks enough as there were a LOT of hidden issues we wouldnt have known about. Excellent value for money!

Samantha and David were amazing! From the initial quote on the survey & fantastic price. A detailed 30 min phone call after the survey was completed with David, everything was explained so well! Really helped our situation and David advised us on what to do with certain areas of the survey. Definitely recommend to anyone.

We could not have asked for any more from Phoenix Surveyors. Every email was replied to promptly and all questions answered thoroughly. Very friendly admin! On the day, we received a call after our survey took place to give us an overview on the outcome, which was an extremely in depth description of what had been found. Explained thoroughly so we fully understood. (Being first time buyers this was so important and helpful for us) Our report then came through 48 hours later, which was very easy to understand, very detailed and contained pictures to clearly illustrate. Both Sam & David were extremely friendly and helpful - no question was a problem. We honestly cant thank you enough! 100% recommend.

I cannot recommend Phoenix Surveyors enough! Not only was it a really good price (and I got 12 quotes for local surveyors) but the service was exceptional! Samantha was so prompt to book everything in and shes absolutely lovely! David completed our survey and called us the same day, even out of office hours, to discuss everything within the survey. David couldnt have been more helpful and we had our detailed survey report the next day. I work in estate agency so deal with surveyors all the time and I can confidently say these are by far the best Ive ever had to deal with.
