Whilst having a survey carried out can save you thousands, it’s still another cost to budget for when buying a new property so we endeavour to keep our overheads low in order to offer a very competitive price against other companies and can offer Level 2 inspections from £450 inclusive of VAT.

Unlike many other firms of surveyors, our surveyors only undertake one survey per day, ensuring complete attention to your property and providing you with a comprehensive report.  All of our reports are also individually written and not are not composed using "tick box" responses to create your report.
